Infrared thermographic non- destructive material testing is being employed more and more often
in the area of yacht damages. Using this method, it is possible, to examine and localise areas of internal
moisture in the hull of wooden structures.

By means of infrared thermography it is also possible to localise and document all areas of delamination in
GRP sandwich composite structures with extensive scanning of whole hull surfaces in a relative short time.
